Nice Hotel - Friendly staff

Very nice Hotel, with good location. The staff is very friendly and polite. The reception desk (Maha - Mariam - Hussein) were very helpful and facilitated all our requests.

Nothing, except for some construction noise coming from a near by site, which was for 1 day.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, they were very welcoming and it felt like home; special thanks to Youssef! Location is perfect! The shuttle service was very convenient!

What was the highlight of Lancaster Suites Raouche

I will be book again, if I visit Lebanon again.

The Lancaster Hotel had a desk in the airport which helped us about shuttle bus. They called for the shuttle and in 10 min it was there. The reception in the hotel was very kind, caring and supportive(both the lady who was very nice and guy). Room was large, comfortable and bathroom was clean and well renovated. For our rental car, there was a person to take it to parking any time during the day. We had partial see view and very close to corniche. We did not have breakfast or meal there, so I cannot comment about it. It really worth for the price.

The safe box was very old. I wish there was slippers in the bath room. Also the Key cards were a bit old fashion. ( all very minor issues)

All in all had a good stay at this hotel based on location and value for money. Staff are friendly.

Location was excellent based on what me and my son planned to see. Check in to hotel was stress free and female staff member at reception alongside front door staff friendly and welcoming.

Stayed in a Grand Deluxe Twin Room on the second floor. Furniture outdated and wardrobes broken handles its evident rooms have taken a battering, fridge was not working when we arrived so by second day realised it was faulty and reception arranged an immediate replacement. I believe there is no difference between furnishings in a Grand Deluxe or a Deluxe merely price disparity. Hotel room interiors require modernisation or a refresh as they are clearly outdated. Breakfast is literally the same every single day with no new varieties and seems like you are repeating the same diet every single morning. On the return visit to the airport using the free shuttle the driver allocated had the cheek to specifically ask for a tip stating that 'tourists always tip the driver'. I was intending to tip him anyway but felt he had the cheekiness to ask for it directly!

Perfect location and very clean.

There was a building in front of the hotel that was blocking the view of the Raoucha itself but not the corniche. Also we were 7 in the presidential suite, but only four of us had WiFi access. Other than that, everything was perfect

For years my family has chose Lancaster hotels to stay at when visiting Lebanon. Great value for money, prime location away from the busy traffic, spacious rooms and all amenities available in the room, even shoe shine, toothbrush and toothpaste, slippers.. they pay attention to the small things.

Exceptional stay!

I'm a regular costumer of Lancaster. I'm very happy how they maintain their excellent services and room cleanliness. Location is the main factor why i always stay here. Within walking distance if everything you need. We stay in 2-bedroom suite which was very spacious and everybody loved it. Def coming back again.

Will no longer be entertaining staying at this hotel. No value for money or service

I have been staying at Lancaster Suites for many years. It is apparent that the level of service has drastically deteriorated and customer service is not a priority. Paid $300 for a 2 bed apartment and did not get any sleep due to bedroom wall right next to AC's and water pump. The noise was too much. Asked to be moved but took too long even though the hotel was empty. Really disappointed with overall service and staff

This was the second time for me in Beirut and at this hotel,...

This was the second time for me in Beirut and at this hotel, everything was so amazing from the sea view of the room to the comfort of the beds and the friendliness of the staff, we were given access to use their sister hotel pool and beach at Lancaster Eden bay. I even tried their airport pickup shuttle “completely service” it was fabulous, furthermore, They gave us a late checkout with no extra charge.

A decent stay but not for me. I would not return.

The airport shuttle service. The woman at the airport and the driver were pleasant, and the service excellent. The woman who worked at the hotel desk during the day was very friendly and helpful. I loved her joy and laughter. The housekeepers were efficient and dedicated. The room fairly spacious, and the balcony good (although my view of the Burger King not ideal).

The hotel looked worn. The group of men working the hotel reception during the day were unfriendly and on the verge of threatening looking. Never a pleasant word, a hello, how is your stay, etc.? Brusque and mean-appearing. I felt uncomfortable around them. Not a good impression at all. The hotel was near the coast, which was good, but the area is not the place a tourist should stay. Nothing to do around there and the area looked dreary.

The location is accessible to and from anywhere in Beirut even on foot. The see view from the balcony is beautiful. The room is comfortable, clean and beautifully scented. The staff are very decent and helpful

The management is very professional, I can't find any mistakes the girl in the reception is very helpful and nice, all the stuff are nice and helpful, the rooms are comfortable and clean, it's a group of hotels you can use the animations of every hotel with free transportation.
